Rocky Mountain Power’s New Construction and Major Renovations (NCMR) program is designed to empower smarter and greener building projects. Whether it’s ground-up new construction or a transformative major renovation, if your project aims to exceed energy code standards, you may be eligible for incentives.
There are 4 potential incentives available throughout a building project: Early Engagement, Design, Construction, and Performance. Learn more about the incentives here. The earlier you start, the more you can earn. However, no matter how far along a project is, it may be eligible for the NCMR program.
